5 tips to relieve stress
1. Sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight. Inhale slowly
to the count of 5, then exhale the same way. Continue for 3 minutes.
2. Take a brisk 2 minute walk around your block or building or offices.
and make sure you are breathing deeply and slowly in and out during the walk.
3. Briskly rub your palms together to generate heat, then cup your palms over your eyes with your fingers above your forehead and feel the heat sinking into your eyes, through your optic nerve, into your brain. Breathe deeply, concentrating on the heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Read a joke, go to a funny web site or the below link and laugh!
