In this class, Kathi builds on the traditional mat series. She adds Shoulder rolls and neck stretches so that you can complete the series without strain or pain.
Slow movements use intrinsic muscles without momentum and you really feel the difference. Kathi’s leg series quickly tones hips and thighs. If you're serious about making exercise a part of your daily life, this is the program for you.
Leg Pull Front, Mermaid and Push-ups are done in a strength training series where you use your own body weight to tone your upper body.
