Acu-Yoga is a combination of light finger pressure on vital Acupressure points while holding a Yoga pose. The Acupressure Points help stimulate and circulate the energy being used for each particular Yoga Pose.

Sometimes after an injury, the brain forgets how to tell the muscles to relax. Somatics is a modality that re-trains muscles that have been tightened for long periods of time so that they can learn to relax again.

QiQong is an ancient form of Tai Chi. QiQong uses breath and slow, graceful movements to relax your mind and tone your body.

Tai Partner Yoga is a fun Yoga practice that is done with a partner and includes pressure points that are pressed in the feet and hands.

Healing Touch was introduced to the Western world by nurses who use this practice to balance the energy in the body which speeds healing in hospitals, nursing homes and with private clients. Many hospitals in the US now require Healing Touch pre and post operative.
