On Going Classes in the Berkshires:

Yoga for Your Everyday Life
This class is a mix of traditional Integral Yoga and Acu-Yoga. Strengthen your body with Yoga while also using light finger pressure or the weight of your body on specific Vital Acupressure points for added benefits to improve Immunity, Reduce Fatigue and more. Everything is fully demonstrated with modifications so everyone can participate. Special emphasis for this session will be on Boosting our Immune Systems. Bring your mat and work out all of your aches and pains.                              Fee: $50.00 for 5 classes ( see Calendar to register)

Wednesday Evening Tune-up Pilates Class
This is an hour long mixed level Pilates Class. Traditional mat exercises that tone and strengthen your hips, legs, abs and upper body will be taught and fully demonstrated with modifications so everyone can participate in all the exercises. Bring a mat and your smile and you'll treat your body to strength and wellness after the hectic holiday season.                                            Fee: $50.00 for 5 classes ( see Calendar to register)
