Last week a dear friend of mine, Marjorie Paul, placed a 10 day challenge on Facebook. She is committing to 60-90 minutes of aerobics every day, for ten days.

When I read this my first thought was holy cow, batman, 60-90 minutes a day?! I can’t possibly fit that much more into my already jam packed schedule. Well I thought a little bit more about her challenge, and realized that a lot of people probably had the same reaction, and that meant that none of us were in on the challenge, so I decided to start my own.

How about joining me for a 90 day challenge of a minimum of ten minutes of aerobics each day?

I started today with ten minutes of channeling my mom and dad. I was swing dancing all around my house to Big Band music. It was great fun, and I laughed and sweat and got my heart pumping, and now those endorphins (feel good hormones) are flowing through my body!

Ten minutes is doable, and with the holidays approaching, this little ten minute commitment will reduce the stress hormones flowing through your body, as well as keep a little of that extra pumpkin pie off your hips!
