This class is a mix of traditional Integral Yoga and Acu-Yoga. Strengthen your body with Yoga while also using light finger pressure or the weight of your body on specific Vital Acupressure points for added benefits to improve Immunity, reduce fatigue and more. Everything is fully demonstrated with modifications so everyone can participate. Special emphasis for this session will be on boosting our immune systems. Bring your mat and work out all of your aches and pains.
