This is an hour long mixed level Pilates Class. Traditional mat exercises that tone and strengthen your hips, legs, abs and upper body will be taught and fully demonstrated with modifications so everyone can participate in all the exercises. Special emphasis for this session will be on Boosting our Immune Systems. Bring a mat and your smile and treat your body to strength and wellness after this lovely and hot Berkshire Summer!
